Every tour is 100% private — just your group and your guide. Prices are per vehicle, not per person.
Booking questions, answered
Do I have to pay online?
No. You pay on the day of your tour, by card or cash, in euros. For some high-demand dates we may suggest a small deposit to lock your slot — always confirmed with you first.
How fast do you reply?
Usually within the hour, every day between 8am and 11pm Paris time. Booking a same-day tour? Message us anyway — if a cart is free, it’s yours.
Can I cancel or change the date?
Yes — cancellation is free up to 24 hours before your tour, and we’re happy to move your booking to another day or time instead.
Where does the tour start?
At your hotel door. Pickup is included everywhere in central Paris where access allows; we confirm the exact meeting point when we confirm your booking.
I don’t have WhatsApp — can I still book?
